Dandridge School Rehab
Built in 1929, this colonial revival style building was designed as Maury High School for the town of Dandridge, TN. First used as an all grades school, then a lower grade school, the building gained additions as a public school until 1985. As new schools were built in Dandridge the space became storage, until falling into disrepair in the 90’s. It was renovated by Goss Dennison Design to become loft apartments. The building is a staple of the Dandridge Historic District, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. Dandridge Lofts was completed in the Fall of 2025.
