What AI search visibility means
When someone asks an AI assistant “Who’s the best estate planning attorney in Knoxville?” or “Which oral surgeon in West Knoxville does implants?”, the assistant doesn’t return ten blue links. It returns a few names, drawn from the sources it can read and trust: your website, your structured data, directories, and reviews.

How we measure results
Before we change anything, we run real client-style questions through ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity and record exactly what each one says. Thirty days after the work, we run the same questions again.
We report three levels separately, because they aren’t the same thing:
- Mentioned: the assistant names your firm.
- Cited: the assistant uses your own website as a source.
- Recommended: the assistant suggests your firm to the person asking.
